Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a Director, R&D Data Science & Digital Health - Hematology, Oncology.  This position has a primary location of Titusville, NJ but is also open to Spring House, PA; Cambridge, MA; or La Jolla, CA.

This position will require up to 25% travel.

Responsibilities:


* Serve as primary business leader for Data Science & Digital Health programs for robust Hematology Oncology Early Development portfolio.


* Work closely with individual clinical teams as well as functional area partners (e.g., Translational research, Precision Medicine and diagnostics, Regulatory Affairs, Market Access, Clinical Development) to identify and implement end-to-end Data Science solutions aimed at facilitating decision making.

(e.g.

study design, execution, diagnostic planning and strategy)


* Develop data and technical requirements to meet research objectives that can include Real-World Evidence, cell profiling, clinical phenotyping, computer vision/medical imaging that leverage technologies such as statistical methodologies, AI/Machine learning techniques (e.g.

Generative AI).


* Orchestrate, drive and deliver technical solutions with internal and external partners.

Required Qualifications:


* Advance degree in Health Science (Ph.D or MD)  or Masters Degree, Pharm D with equivalent work experience in pharmaco-epidemi...
