Purpose: Provide assistance to operations departments and on special projects.

You will be responsible for:

In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:
• Prepares Change Notice Forms (CN’s) to change engineering documentation.
• Enters information as required by engineers.
• Follows all safety policies and other precautions within the company's work area
• Complies with security policies and procedures.
• Ensures compliance with Environmental Management System (EMS) responsibilities.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned and not all responsibilities listed here may be assigned.
• Assist engineers in carrying out studies.
• Follow EES and J&J Records Management Policies for Convenience Information, Records Retention Scheduling, Training and Education, Document Retention Notifications, Records Cleanup, Inactive Records and Information Management, Vital Records and Third Party Provider if apply.
• Is responsible for communicating business-related issues or opportunities to the next management level.
