Key Responsibilities:


* Leads troubleshooting and resolving equipment, systems, and process problems to prevent the occurrence of product and process non-conformances.


* Provides technical support for team members of all electronic systems, i.e.

eDHR, MES.


* Understands and can communicate all processes and systems involved in the end-to-end process. 


* Works closely with engineering teams when troubleshooting the equipment and processes.


* Provides peer leadership, coaching, coordinating, scheduling, monitoring, communicating, and problem solving for all line activities.


* Demonstrates ability to cover for Supervisor when required for non-supervisory activities.


* Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Education: A minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.

Vocational, Certificate, Technical or associate degree emphasizing electro-mechanical, PLC, pneumatics or equivalent industrial experience is preferred.

Experience and Skills:

Required:


* A minimum of six (6) years of relevant professional work experience


* Production experience in a high-volume manufacturing facility


* Green badge certification


* Proven experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.)


* Excellent communication and social skills, with proven ability to interact with multiple teams and work in cross-functional environments


* Experience using MES, and eDHR


* Outstanding interpersonal skills, both written and oral


* Ability to prioritize projects and tasks
