We are searching for the best talent for BEx Communication Co-Op to be in Gurabo, PR.


* The typical Co-op term is from January, 2026 to January, 2027


* Full time requirement (40 hours per week)

Purpose:

As a Communication Intern in Business Excellence, you will support the design and implementation of internal communication initiatives that promote a culture of continuous improvement, engagement, and transparency.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to corporate communication strategies within a global organization while honing your content creation and stakeholder engagement skills.

You will be responsible for:

1.

Content Creation & Communication Support


* Assist in developing engaging internal content such as newsletters, intranet updates, presentations, and social media posts.


* Support the organization of internal events, workshops, and town halls to foster communication and engagement.


* Help draft and review communication materials to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with Johnson & Johnson’s values.

2.

Content Management & Digital Platforms



* Support the maintenance and updates of communication channels like intranet sites and digital repositories.


* Contribute to enhancing the visibility of Business Excellence initiatives through creative content and campaigns.


* Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to support continuous improvement efforts.

3.

Cross-Functional Collaboration



* Work closely with teams across Business Excellence, HR and other functions to gather updates and ensure messaging consistency.


* Assist in coordinating communication efforts for various projects and initiatives.


* Actively participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
