Card & Connected Commerce Quality Assurance Analyst

Quality assurance (QA) plays a vital role in ensuring that a product, service, or process meets specified standards and expectations.

As a Card & Connected Commerce Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be a key player in our first line of defense (FLOD), responsible for conducting accurate and timely testing of marketing creative copy materials submitted by our Card and Connected Commerce business partners.

Your testing efforts will support our partner business areas by contributing to the delivery of reliable, consistent, and clear testing results, showcasing their success at adhering to various regulatory requirements, guidelines, and targeted processes.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* 3+ years of professional experience involving Quality Reviews (QA/QC), Business Controls, Regulatory Compliance, Risk, Audit, or similar analytically focused tasks.


* Bachelor's degree and/or CRCM (Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager) preferred.


* Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking capabilities with sharp attention to detail.


* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, across multiple business areas and at various business levels.


* Proven organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.

Strong working knowledge of advertising/marketing practices across various marketing channels is a plus.
