Job Responsibilities:


* Oversee the nursing staff and ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents.


* Coordinate admissions and facilitate the transition process for new residents.


* Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to meet residents' needs.


* Provide guidance, support, and training to nursing staff to maintain compliance with regulations and uphold best practices.


* Serve as a liaison between residents, families, and healthcare providers to ensure effective communication and personalized care.

Qualifications:


* Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.


* Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a healthcare setting preferred.


* Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles and practices.


* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.


* Ability to prioritize tasks, problem-solve effectively, and work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
