Human Resources Business Partner

What You'll Do


* Work collaboratively with other HR Business Partners and subject matter experts to identify, design and implement consistent initiatives, programs and processes that align with and support business objectives


* Integrate best practices in talent management to lead a top-notch employee experience


* Support business leaders with staff development, organizational effectiveness, and change management initiatives


* Work closely with business leaders as an HR strategic partner and advisor


* Coordinate talent management processes including goal setting, performance management, salary planning, and succession planning with a business unit


* Support management and employees by providing training, coaching and feedback


* Mentor or manage HR staff to include assigning work, monitoring progress, and providing feedback and coaching


* Serve as project manager and subject matter expert for enterprise-wide HR initiatives for systems, processes and policies


* Utilize HR tools to analyze and report on information to support decision making while making recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness

What You'll Bring


* Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related discipline


* 10+ years of experience as a human resource professional; 5 or more years' experience as an HR manager/business partner supporting an organization or business unit of approximately 300-500 people

* In depth analytical skills, skills in using HR tools for reporting and business decisions


* Superior technical HR knowledge including knowledge of employment laws (i.e., EEO, FMLA, FLSA and ADA)


* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, across a wide audience including presenting to large and small groups


* Demonstrated ability to successfully manage/support projects and deliver impactful results


* Demonstrated positive interpersonal skills with the ability to adjust style as needed to develop effective relationships with all levels of leadership, employees, and peers locally and virtually


* Experience working within a business unit while collaborating and staying consistent with HR peers managing similar portfolios
