We are searching for the best talent for a Supply Network Planner role to be in Limerick, Ireland.

This role is responsible for supply network planning for the suite of Surgical Vision products, ensuring product is in the right location at the right time for our customers.

As a Supply Network Planner, you will:


* Propagate net requirements upstream in the value stream and manage constrained plans downstream across supply chain nodes.


* Develop and execute regional deployment plans across multiple locations efficiently.


* Analyze and resolve multi-site constraints to balance demand and supply.


* Review distribution forecasts, manage inventory transfers, and coordinate movement between supply chain nodes.


* Verify and integrate supply chain optimization data, forecasts, and transactional information.


* Handle deployment order exceptions—review, approve, modify, or reject as needed.


* Communicate the business impact of planning and allocation trade-offs, facilitate scenario planning, and escalate issues through the IBP process.


* Communicate clearly and collaborate seamlessly across cross-functional teams and with leadership, ensuring alignment on plans, issues, and decision-making processes.

Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate information flow and drive consensus.


* Participate actively in global supply chain initiatives.

Qualifications/Requirements:


* A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, data analytics, or related discipline is required


* A minimum of 4 years of Planning and Supply Chain experience, including Materials Planning and/or Procurement, required.


* Experience in medical / pharmaceutical industry preferred.


* Experience with ERP (SAP/APO/SNP); Advanced Planning Systems (OMP) is preferred.
