Your Role:

Packaging Engineer As a `Packaging Engineer`, you will provide essential technical knowledge and support across various departments, including labeling, packaging, quality assurance, and R&D.

You will also be responsible for executing capital projects related to equipment expansion and process improvement for labeling and packaging, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic plan.

Your Responsibilities:


* Provide technical knowledge for the development and specification of printed, primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging materials.


* Offer packaging engineering support to departments such as labeling, filling, quality assurance, and R&D.


* Investigate and remediate material quality issues and product quality complaints associated with labeling and packaging.


* Design and develop new product presentation packaging materials and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.


* Provide engineering support for capital equipment projects, including specification development, installation, and validation.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):


* Education: Bachelor of Science Degree (Engineering preferred) or relevant experience in lieu of a degree.


* Experience: A minimum of 1+ years experience in packaging or filling (liquids).
