What you'll do on a typical day:


* Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, key users, and business process leads to analyze business problems and capture detailed requirements; reconcile conflicts.


* Facilitate meetings and workshops to define process requirements and system changes.


* Develop detailed user stories, work plans, deliverables, and definitions of overall approaches for Blue Yonder WMS initiatives.


* Write business specifications for new development and system enhancements.


* Configure systems to support business needs.


* Develop detailed user stories, work plans, deliverables, and definitions of overall approaches for Blue Yonder WMS initiatives.


* Write business specifications for new development and system enhancements.


* Configure systems to support new implementations.


* Partner with program and training/communication teams to ensure business readiness for organizational change and schedule impacted processes/systems changes


* Provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to super users

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you'll need:


* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent related work or military experience


* 7 years of experience implementing and supporting Blue Yonder Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)


* Excellent planning, client support and organization skills


* Implementation and support experience with web-based applications, WMS, Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and small parcel shipment systems


* Experience using SQL for data analysis, extraction, troubleshooting and reporting


* Expertise and experience in supply chain management, warehousing, transportation or distribution
