* Salary Payment & Pay slip for DSR & Admin


* Salary & Incentive C2C/E-Commerce


* Incentive GT KC Sales: Secondary Sales, Active Outlets, MCP (Incentive), SKU/ Store, Invoice/day, ...


* GT Report: Scorecard GT (Ad-hoc: People Dashboard, Performance highlight & Analysis, Route Efficiency)

Salary & incentive MT/Ecom



* Salary & Incentive MTR (TLN)


* Salary & Incentive MT KC Sales


* Incentive Ecom KC Sales


* MT Report: People Dashboard, Performance highlight & Analysis, Route Efficiency


* Upload files MT to SharePoint

Distributor improvement


* Distributor attrition report: Update & refresh data


* Exit Interview: get feedback from resigned DSR -> Highlight issues needs to be improved Distributors, Sales Operation, etc…

Staffing admin


* Verify sales information (GT, MT)


* Provide Working hours (TM/TL) and Number of Staff (DSR & MTR) Report to EHS


* Survey on Sales C&B of other companies.

Get information from Distributor


* KC Sales Survey.

Get feedback about sales policy & incentive from Sales Team


* Onboard - Offboard Contractor - Key Contact to Talent Net


* Ad-hoc Reports: Get data from Sharepoint
