WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?


* Coaching, motivating and developing a team


* Driving engagement within the team through effective leadership and motivational activities


* Supervising the team as they process inbound and outbound freight ensuring it meets cut off deadlines


* Creating a safe work environment by promoting WHS processes and encouraging a safe work culture amongst the team


* Participating in WHS audits, ensuring process compliance, monitoring the warehouse performance and completing daily reports


* Supporting our customers by monitoring and ensuring timely shipment connectivity


* Monitoring e-mail messages and problem solving to address any issues encountered during the shift


* This is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday from 10:00am - 6:00pm

WHAT CAN YOU BRING?


* Logistics/Operations leadership experience - Highly Desirable


* Proven people leader to successfully lead teams to achieve goals and business targets


* Excellent written and oral communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills


* Internal/external relationship building, customer service focus, financial and business acumen


* Ability to balance short-term and long-term demands delivering on departmental targets and strategy


* Prioritise multiple responsibilities and projects in a fast-paced environment
