Johnson & Johnson Italy is currently looking for a Product Manager Hematology (Multiple Myeloma) that will be responsible for all the marketing initiatives, directly reporting to the Business Unit Lead.

The Product Manager Hematology will have the following responsibilities:
 


* Contribute, by collaborating with the cross-functional team, to the definition of strategies and the implementation of brand plan tactics


* Define and manage product communication with a multichannel approach and with targeted messages


* Develop promotional materials in alignment with EMEA strategies


* Analyze key market trends, patient journeys, and needs, identifying threats, opportunities, and business sources


* Support the BU Lead in activities connected to the CVT (Country Value Team), contributing to maximizing business opportunities


* Interact with the Field Force, understanding the needs of the internal customer and supporting them with specific solutions


* Engage with relevant KOL and stakeholders and, through a solid understanding their driver/barriers, as well as the competitive dynamics and external context, defining specific and differentiated engagement methods


* Ensure, in line with the planning, the assigned OPEX

QUALIFICATIONS

Academic & Professional Background: 


* Scientific or Economic Degree


* +3/5 years of experience in Marketing roles – with product launches- within pharmaceutical companies


* Previous experience in different specialistic areas is required


* Previous Field experience is considered a plus


* Experience in the therapeutic area is nice to have

Language Knowledge: Proficiency in English and Italian
