Overview:

This role is well suited for a learning professional with a strong background in instructional design, curriculum development, and learning technologies who is passionate about creating impactful, data-driven learning experiences that enable commercial teams to thrive.

This individual contributor is a developing subject matter expert, who works independently with minimal direction.

Implements data-driven and streamlined sales training programs, new hire orientations, and educational content for commercial sales functions that focus on accelerating sales growth by building employee expertise and providing positive, engaging customer experiences.

Remains abreast on adult learning principles, instructional design innovations, training practices, innovative new content delivery methods and maintains an in-depth knowledge of company products, services and policies, and ensures Sales Training objectives align with company vision and customer needs.
