We are searching for the best talent for Associate Systems Verification Engineer to be in Santa Clara, CA.

Purpose:

The Associate System Verification Engineer will develop tools and processes vital for preparation and execution of design verification.

The engineer will work closely with system engineering and quality engineering to develop and ensure the testability of requirements, while developing test methods that will holistically verify the safety and efficacy of the Johnson & Johnson Surgical Robotics platform.

This is a hands-on engineering role which touches on various engineering disciplines required for formal testing of a complex surgical robotic system, including mechanical, electrical, optical, firmware, and software.

The individual will work closely with engineers from all functional teams to ensure compliance with FDA design control process (21 CFR820.30).

Additional Information:

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $86,000 to $138,000.

 The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs.

Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.

The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year.

Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
