Senior Facilities Supervisor

Within the Engineering & Property Services (E&PS) department we are looking for a Sr.

Facilities Supervisor.

The mission of E&PS is to handle the infrastructure lifecycle in a reliable, balanced and efficient way, build an attractive workplace experience and share knowledge and expertise in the global Facilities organization.

Key Responsibilities:

The focus is to drive the safe and efficient daily operation and follow-up of the facilities by:


* Developing a long-term vision for improving the reliability of technical systems.


* The development of work processes for risk management, including maintenance strategies and Root Cause Analysis.


* Taking on Process Ownership and driving continuous improvement: monitoring of process performance, suggesting opportunities for improvement.


* A strong involvement in conducting equipment performance reviews on critical installations.

Moreover, continuous monitoring of new developments in the field of professional maintenance, monitoring, evaluating and piloting new technologies to support the reliability targets.


* Facilitating a consultation structure using shift and daily reports.


* Acting as the deputy for the system owner for all technical installations.


* Leading and overseeing a motivated team of Utility Shift Technicians.

Qualifications

Education:

University/Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Equivalent.
