We are searching for the best talent for a Field Support Joints to be in Santiago de Chile, Chile.

Purpose:

We have an exciting opportunity to join our J&J Orthopaedics business in Chile.

You will lead the execution of marketing strategies for the Hips and Knee Platform focusing on customer needs.

The business is well supported by an innovative pipeline and local marketing support.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for deploying strategies and tactics to the sales team based upon market input while taking initiative to highlight opportunities and activate them within the portfolio.

 You will be adept at building strong relationships with key stakeholders with a strong affinity to develop market analysis, market and customer insights to enable the achievement of marketing/sales performance objectives to accelerate long-term growth outlook.
 
Responsibilities:


* Meet sales objectives and expand Chile's market share.


* Support the commercial team in the implementation of commercial and marketing strategies.


* Executes and implements Marketing and Market Development strategies that have an impact on business outcomes.
