The Senior Director of Business Unit Integration, focusing on Logistics and Supply Chain, is responsible for aligning logistics strategies, processes, and operational plans with broader supply chain initiatives to ensure a cohesive, efficient, and resilient business unit integration.

This role acts as the primary connection between the Logistics Board and the Supply Chain Board, providing strategic guidance, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring that logistics operations support the end-to-end supply chain goals of the organization.

The Senior Director will oversee integration projects, lead cross-functional alignment on logistics requirements, and develop processes to harmonize logistics and supply chain efforts.

This includes overseeing logistics adjustments to accommodate product flows, enabling smooth transitions during mergers, acquisitions, or structural changes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while maintaining cost efficiencies and service quality.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Alignment & Integration:


* Serve as the liaison between the Logistics Board and Supply Chain Board to ensure aligned strategies and objectives.


* Develop and execute a logistics integration strategy that supports the broader supply chain objectives, including cost efficiency, speed, and resilience.


* Identify and address logistics challenges in business unit transitions to ensure operational continuity and optimal supply chain performance.

Cross-functional Leadership & Collaboration:


* Lead cross-functional efforts to align logistics operations with supply chain goals, working closely with stakeholders across both boards to drive integrated planning and execution.
