Job Description:

职责描述:

1、区域销售计划执行和专业教育推广

根据区域实际情况，制定并执行销售计划，积极开拓新市场，扩展产品的销售；

收集反馈客户信息和市场情况，发展及实现产品有效的医院覆盖，确保完成销售目标；

参加学习行业内专业培训和学术推广活动；

2、重点客户的管理

对已有客户进行定期拜访，维护原有客户关系，协调处理与客户的信息沟通；

建立和维护与重点客户良好的合作关系以促进业务的持续增长；

发展与KOL的良好沟通，开拓大客户业务，有效传播公司的品牌与专业教育理念。

任职资格：

1、统招本科以上学历，临床医学或医药相关专业优先，专业不限；

2、一年以上医药/器材相关行业销售经验

3、具有独立开展业务的能力和学习能力；

4、具有良好的职业操守，沟通技巧通和团队意识；

5、具有勤奋、坚韧、踏实能干、积极向上的人格品质；
