Job Summary

The Head of US Sales - Cardiac Imaging & Structural Heart is responsible for shaping and executing the Interventional Cardiology (IC) Ultrasound commercial strategy to maximize profitable sales growth in a rapidly growing marketplace, including designing and standing up the U.S.

sales and clinical team structure, developing and delivering a comprehensive sales strategy, leading a high-performing sales and clinical team, and fostering strong customer relationships.

This role sits adjacent to Electrophysiology (EP) and is pivotal to expanding J&J’s leadership in Interventional Cardiology and Structural Heart.

Duties & Responsibilities


* Shape and execute the US sales strategy to drive top line sales results.

– in line with the Business Plan- including defining and leading the monthly and annual sales objectives for all the sales and clinical personnel.


* Meet and exceed sales and profit targets for the US Sales organization.

Provide accurate sales forecasts and deliver tactical sales plans including quotas and account objectives.


* Set clear sales goals, and key performance metrics for the US commercial team.
