Position Summary

Our Production Associates work on the fabrication of steel to be used in the construction of solar panel mounting systems.

Shifts Available:


* First Shift, 6 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday

Primary Responsibilities:


* Operate machinery to form steel products.


* Lift, bend, and squat while handling steel.


* Assemble products with hand and power tools.


* Read blueprints to ensure correct assembly.


* Enter product information into the ERP system.


* Measure and quality-check finished products.


* Perform maintenance on machinery.


* Exchange or repair machine parts as needed.


* Operate forklifts to move materials.


* Follow safety regulations.


* Inspect raw materials for quality.

Secondary Responsibilities:
Perform additional duties as needed to cover absences or balance workloads.

Minimum Qualifications:


* High School Diploma or equivalent.


* 3 years in manufacturing (heavy machinery preferred).


* 2 years of forklift experience (propane preferred).


* 1 year of basic ERP data entry experience.

Technical Requirements:


* Ability to measure accurately to 1/32".


* Ability to read blueprints and technical instructions.


* Effective communication skills with coworkers and managers.

Physical Requirements


* Able to squat, bend and lift up to 65 lbs.

without assistance.


* Able to operate equipment, including forklifts, safely and able to understand and follow safety protocols.


* Able to stand for up to 10 hours per day and to walk for extended periods of time.


* Able to work in dynamic, non-climate-controlled facility with fluctuations in temperature.
