Accounts Payable Coordinator

In this role, you will be part of Land O'Lakes Accounts Payable Support team located at our Arden Hills, MN Corporate Headquarters (Hybrid work arrangement each week)

Key responsibilities will include:



* Research, review and approve vendor set-ups


* Process new and change requests for ACH/Wire setups including verbal verifications


* Answer questions regarding aging invoices, payments, inquiries on credit references, W9's and sales tax exemptions for internal and external partners


* Assist with 1099 reporting, researching and answering questions related to 1099s


* Running various reports/dashboards/metrics


* Handle special handling checks on a daily basis


* Process improvements and other projects/tasks as needed

Education and Experience:


* High school diploma/GED along with up to 2 years relevant work experience required; Bachelor's degree in lieu of experience may be considered.


* Must have advanced computer skills in MS Office, Excel and ERP Systems (JD Edwards, Ariba)

Required Competencies:


* Must be organized, have a strong attention to detail, and be able to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks.


* Ability to problem solve and evaluate and analyze situations and alternatives quickly.


* Must demonstrate excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and outstanding customer service


* Needs to be comfortable resolving more complex situations, effectively working in multiple systems, and providing training and/or guidance to others.


* Ability to work independently or as a team member

$50,240 - $75,360.

C andidates offered employment can expect to be hired at a pay rate near the middle of our salary ranges.
