Receiving Coordinator/Warehouse Associate - Dacula, GA

We are looking for an exceptional Receiving Coordinator/Warehouse Associate to add to its Atlanta (Dacula) team.

In this position you will be required to:


* Utilize forklift, convey materials and items from receiving to predetermined storage location


* Store material using correct labels and bin location numbers using bar codes


* Follow company procedures for products being stored in inventory, (cover sheets, removing banding, etc.) and packaging


* Review the inbound freight report daily to ensure ample floor space for sorting and stocking material


* Review manufacturing packing slips to reconcile to company purchase orders


* Ensure documentation, such as certificates of conformance, are included with and kept for received shipments


* Assist warehouse management in reconciling stock-out’s, obsolescence, and damaged inventory


* Review bills of lading to ensure they match the freight carrier information (checks for reweighs and class changes)


* Weigh, measure and/or count materials to ensure conformance to company quality standards


* Receive and record weight and source for externally generated scrap


* Check in all non- conforming material returns


* Maintain the company quality and safety procedures and requirements for warehouse operations


* Participate in company-wide inventory counts
