Deputy OTL L4- BlokSet Enclosure

Location: Bangalore

Mission

The primary responsibility of this role is to lead design engineering support for VIP customers for low voltage enclosure to meet customer specific technical accordance with standards (IEC, UL...).

Job Responsibilities :


* Be the point of contact for L4 quality team for technical queries and provide the final answer or an action plan


* Define the plan for the technical issues/problem and execute by defining the root cause in case of failures with additional investigations (Simulations, Test.)


* Review the certification plans with certification teams and lead root cause analysis in case of failures.


* Lead warm loop issues by contributing to the definition of the root cause, assessing the risk for customer, and contributing to the definition of a containment solution.


* Contribute to Product validation test definition and validation.


* Evaluate the new ideas of internal /External customers by leading the first technical feasibility together with technical leader and deliver an estimation of the effort required to do it


* Help league leader to tackle new technologies, market evolution by doing POC


* To provide Trainings, be part of standard committees, attend to innovation exhibition, visit fairs, etc...


* Coach the team on technical competencies, new technology, products and tools and help the engineering manager to build the competencies in the team.


* Perform root cause analysis and guide younger team members in adopting systematic methodologies for root cause determination.


* Contribute to technical activity and new feature development of enclosure

* Lead competition, technology, and patent watch.

Professional Experience


* Master degree or equivalent by experience.


* +10 years of projects' development experience.


* +10 years of experience in EM products preferably BloKset offer experience and ideally PP products.


* Good social skills and empathy with a passion and drive for innovation.


* Experience in coaching and mentoring, and successfully building and leading teams in a matrix environment.


* Experience with complex technical projects in an Agile environment.


* Senior technology leadership experience.


* International exposure / experience - proven ability to lead in a matrix environment.
