The Analyst, Commercial Analytics will support the execution of analytics and reporting initiatives focused on contract compliance, sales incentive compensation, sales performance, and commercial operations.

This role is responsible for compiling and analyzing sales and contract data to support decision-making, drive compliance, and enhance field execution.

The analyst will assist in developing tools and dashboards, managing rebate and compliance calculations and reporting, and contributing to the administration of sales compensation, account alignments, quotas, and territory planning processes.

Working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, HR, Marketing, Legal, Contracts, and IT, this individual will play a key role in identifying trends, developing insights, and supporting operational excellence across the commercial organization.

This position does not have direct reports and operates under the guidance of a team leader.

Responsibilities:


* Generate and distribute recurring reports on contract compliance and customer performance.


* Partner with sales and contracts teams to support contract compliance reviews and track customer adherence to pricing and volume terms.
