Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Supply Chain Launch Lead to be located in Warsaw, IN, Cork, IE, Leeds, UK or Raynham, MA.

Key Responsibilities:



* Provides leadership to orchestrate the end-to-end supply chain for the delivery of large global New Product Introduction programs


* Leads multi-functional teams through standardized launch management tools and processes to deliver launch execution and achieve overall business objectives for the program


* Drives the supply chain readiness process ensuring strong functional accountability


* Identifies gaps in existing business processes and drives improvement initiatives to address


* Designs the end-to-end value chain for new products, ensuring alignment with key business partners and strategies


* Communicates to partners across multiple levels of the organization

Qualifications



* A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or higher is required


* A minimum of five (5) years of work experience in supply chain, operations, engineering, or quality function is required


* Strong communication and influencing skills are required


* Medical Device/Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences experience is preferred


* Experience leading projects is preferred


* A degree in engineering, science, or business preferred


* Experience leading cross-functional teams is preferred


* Experience interacting with suppliers is preferred


* Experience working within a regulated environment


* This position may require up to 20% Domestic and International travel
