* High school diploma or GED required


* Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.


* This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S.

Preferred Qualifications:


* Technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance, mechanical/electrical technology, or related field.


* Experience in a forging or heavy manufacturing environment strongly preferred.


* Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.


* Familiarity with forging presses, induction furnaces, heat treatment equipment, and CNC machinery is a plus.


* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.


* Proficient with CMMS software and Microsoft Office Suite.


* Solid understanding of OSHA safety regulations and industrial safety practices.


* Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.


* Ability to work flexible hours as needed, including occasional weekends or holidays.
