* 3 years' work experience in a complex manufacturing environment.

* Must have a "can do"/do it now" mentality and the ability to overcome technical/non-technical obstacles

* Knowledge of production planning, inventory management, JIT concepts and MRP preferred


* Good analytical and problem-solving skills


* Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Windows, Excel, Word and Access


* Demonstrated commitment to employee involvement, participative management and continuous improvement
