We are searching for the best talent for an Associate Director, North America Professional Education to be based in Jacksonville, FL. 

You will be responsible for:



* Support of the product portfolio, including content creation and delivery, in line with the North America business priorities


* Utilize customer insights to deliver and execute audience-specific programs, inclusive of student doctors


* Execute engaging educational programs, including but not limited to virtual, in person and Johnson & Johnson Institute programs for Eye Care Professionals (ECPs), with supported learning journeys and communication


* Project based collaboration with key partners across Global, R&D and Regional teams


* Deliver North America professional education content and execution


* Foster a high-performance environment and culture of collaboration and innovation


* Enable strong collaboration with cross-functional teams across NA commercial organization, as well as Global, R&D, Medical Affairs, Legal, Health Care Compliance, and IT partners


* Leadership responsibility for assuring necessary tools, policies and procedures are developed and integrated to support and comply with all legal, regulatory and HCC policies

Qualifications

Education:


* Doctor of Optometry or professional equivalent qualification required.  Doctorate degree preferred.
