We are searching for the best talent for a Director, Supply Chain Resilience! This hybrid position will be located in Titusville, New Jersey (USA).

Alternate hybrid locations may be considered at other Johnson & Johnson Innovation Medicine Supply Chain (IMSC) hubs such as at Horsham, Pennsylvania (USA); Zug, Switzerland; Cork, Ireland; or Beerse, Belgium.

As a member of the Value Chain Management (VCM) organization within the IMSC, the Director Supply Chain Resilience is responsible for providing guidance and recommendation to functional supply chain leaders on end-to-end (E2E) supply chain risk management and resilience through fact-based management tools and strategies.

The Director provides strategic oversight to sustain and improve IMSC capability to effectively identify, prioritize, and mitigate strategic risk that may compromise IMSC reliable product supply.
