Job Description:

JD for Product Specialist Trauma

Market strategy


* Understand and analyze market trends, prepare a tracker of leads for instrumentations in different channels


* Identify right product for right target customers

Commercial Enablement


* Develop and deliver product training, sales tools, and clinical education materials for internal teams and external customers.


* Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and field activities in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.


* Provide technical expertise during customer interactions, workshops, and conferences.

Cross-functional Collaboration


* Work closely with commercial education, professional education, supply chain, finance and other enabling partners to ensure timely and right execution


* Act as the voice of the customer in internal discussions to ensure product relevance and differentiation.

Account management


* Develop and monitor customer funnel based on identified leads


* Conduct regular review with sales team and ensure progression of customer funnel to drive


* Engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs), surgeons, and clinical stakeholders to gather insights and validate product positioning.


* Own top-10 accounts to drive end-to-end execution

Qualifications and preferred skills:


* Master’s degree preferred.


* More than three years of experience in orthopedics


* Experience in product management preferred


* Strong understanding of fracture fixation principles and surgical workflows.


* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.


* Ability to travel as required (domestic and international).
