Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Director of Supply Chain to lead end-to-end supply chain, ensuring efficient, reliable, and cost-effective operations.

This role requires a strategic leader who can optimize supply chain processes, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet business goals while saving costs over the long-range financial plan.

The Senior Director of Supply Chain will manage a team and work closely with internal departments and external partners to enhance operational performance, drive continuous improvement and deliver sustainable growth.  The Senior Director of Supply Chain will be responsibility for seamless collaboration (internal / external) to resolve operational and technical issues, and execute key projects, while maintaining optimal inventory levels and mitigating slob.

The Senior Director will manage a dynamic team responsible for operations, technical and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:


* Program Management & Project Execution:  Lead end-to-end management of supply chain initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals.

Establish KPIs to monitor supply chain performance, analyze data for insights, and report on operational health to senior leadership.


* Cross-Functional Partnering: Collaborate effectively with R&D, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, and Commercial teams to solve complex issues and streamline operations.


* Supplier Partnership & Issue Resolution:  Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, proactively addressing risks and resolving supply disruptions swiftly.


* Process Optimization, Innovation & Dual Source:  Implement best practices, lean methodologies, and technology solutions to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.  Develop and implement dual sourcing strategies to minimize risks and enhance supply chain resilience, thereby improving margins


* Risk Management & Compliance: Identify potential risks within the supply chain and develop contingency plans, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
