We are a skilled nursing facility looking for a Full-Time Activity Assistant to join our team! You'll help lead engaging and safe group activities in our Behavioral Health Unit, working alongside a supportive and dynamic team.

Schedule: 9am - 5pm with Rotating weekends

What You'll Be Doing:


* Assist in planning and organizing the monthly activity calendar


* Lead fun, therapeutic, and engaging group activities for residents


* Document participation and activity outcomes in resident charts


* Contribute creative new ideas to keep residents active, engaged, and uplifted


* Support a positive, inclusive environment through meaningful interaction
