Skilled Nursing Marketer

* Act as a brand ambassador for Bridge Crest Post Acute, building and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources in the community


* Foster strategic partnerships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and social workers


* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop business strategies and improve referral processes


* Organize and participate in community events to raise awareness of our services and build meaningful connections


* Drive census growth through proactive business development initiatives and outreach


* This is a FT position with Benefits & a salary of $70-$80k + Bonuses
