As a Program & Transformation Director, Merchant Services COS at JPMorgan Chase, you will oversee the execution of strategic programs within the Merchant Services Client Onboarding and Servicing business.

Reporting to the Head of Transformation, you will orchestrate multiple workstreams and subworkstreams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

You will manage dependencies, drive cross-functional collaboration, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers the opportunity to directly own critical subworkstreams and transition to managing a team as the program scales.

You will play a key role in shaping program management and transformation practices.

This position focuses on leading high-impact programs that support the Merchant Services product set.

You will build strong relationships with internal partners across product, design, technology, and business leadership.

The role requires exceptional communication skills to influence and mobilize resources at all levels.

You will champion innovation and contribute to the development of new policies and ideas.

The position may begin as an individual contributor, with a likely transition to managing 4-6 VP-level team members within 12 months.
