DIVISION OPERATIONS ASP

Provide administrative support for Retail Operations department and staff.

* Excellent phone and written/oral communication skills and good typing/filing skills


* Ability to write reports and correspondence


* Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new computer skills

* Ability to handle sensitive information while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality


* Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task


* Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, plan and meet deadlines


* Ability to gain the support of others to get the job done

* Prior experience supporting several managers



* Provide day-to-day administrative support for applicable department and staff


* Provide customer service that makes both internal and external customers feel welcome, important and appreciated


* Transcribe and/or compose letters, memos and reports.


* Produce and assemble materials/documents needed for meetings, training sessions and presentations


* Process district/department mail and distribute accordingly.


* Read and understand operating statements, work accurately with numbers and recap information for the department


* Maintain communications between store managers, coordinators and districts


* Work with applicable departments in the maintenance of associates' records


* Create reports and spreadsheets for the department


* Supervise and coordinate events and activities


* Report and follow-through on product recalls, contests, recaps, class recalls, and other activities


* Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
