Lead Field Service Representative

For this U.S.

based position, the expected compensation range is $96,000 - $144,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.

Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The Lead Field Service Representative position will sit within our U.S.

Services business, specifically our Secure Power Services team focusing on servicing equipment supporting power distribution and critical power infrastructure.

While this role does not have direct management responsibility of others, the Lead Field Service Representative will provide assistance to the Services Manager in areas such as coaching, mentoring, and providing help and guidance to other Field Service Reps in the district as well as take on some leadership responsibility in customer interactions as directed by the Services Manager.

As Lead Field Service Representative, you will:


* Coach and mentor other Field Service Reps where necessary to give technical advice and support, check the quality of their work and help to diagnose and solve problems.


* Manage several customer key accounts.


* Carry out service or support work in line with standard procedures or practices, working outside of these boundaries as required.


* Provide pre and/or post sales technical support to customers, including commissioning, installing, testing and maintaining products, equipment and systems.


* Develop innovative solutions to more complex technical problems that arise during start-up.
