Janitor

Hugh Ash Manor, a senior high-rise apartment building located in Deland, Florida has a full time Janitor position available.

This position is responsible for general cleaning of all common areas and halls.

Essential Job Functions:

Responsible for general cleaning of all common areas and halls; vacuuming, dusting, mopping and taking out trash.  

Minimum Qualifications:

A high school education or equivalent and up to one month related experience or training.  Working with older adults is desirable, preferably a minimum of 6 months.
