Purpose 

The Manager, Compliance Data Enablement is a core member of the Compliance Data Management, Analytics and Reporting (CDMAR) team reporting to the Senior Manager, Compliance Data Enablement, HCC Global Operations.

The Manager Compliance Data Enablement partners with the CDMAR leadership team to develop the strategy and drive execution of the CDMAR portfolio including system development, configuration, deployment, support and governance, and access.

The Manager Compliance Data Enablement supports all HCC Operations functions (Global Transparency Reporting, Global Assessment and Consulting Services etc.) and the HCC teams across all sectors (Med Tech and Innovative Medicine) and all functions (Supply Chain, R&D etc.). 

Responsibilities 


* Assist and partner with various levels of the HCC organization to develop and implement a multifaceted, risk-based data and systems management strategy to ensure maximum efficiency of data capabilities to enable the HCC functions to assess, mitigate and manage risk across all HCC and relevant Enterprise systems. 


* Ensure that team is aligned to overall vision, key priorities and results.   Enable a team culture of innovation, accountability, development and constant learning.  Partner across regions and functions to share best practices, train others and drive efficiency and teamwork.
