Position Summary
Reporting to the CHIEF SUSTAINABILITY OFFICER, the Sr.
Director of Organizational Effectiveness is a key leadership position for the Office of Sustainability (OOS) and for the Technical Operations and Risk organization overall.
This role will be responsible for elevating the OOS performance through insights, future-ready capabilities and standardized processes and performance metrics.
This role will work with the OOS LT to develop enabling processes and to facilitate the development of insights, strategies, goals, performance metrics, standards, and positions.
This role will be directly responsible for developing and deploying OOS programs for overseeing compliance with legal requirements and OOS standards and due diligence for new acquisitions and divestitures.
This role will be directly responsible for developing and deploying the OOS digital, capability building and employee engagement strategies as well as the OOS project management and budget/LRFP processes.
The Sr.
Director will need to create strong relationships with LT peers and the Extended Leadership Team to fully understand the needs of the business and enterprise stakeholders and to leverage and optimize capabilities, processes and initiatives across OOS and TO&R,
The role will also strategically partner with similar roles in other TO&R functions and Global Employee Health & Well Being to benchmark and leverage insights, learnings, processes and talent.
