Johnson & Johnson MedTech Electrophysiology is recruiting for a Manager, Pricing Contracts within the Electrophysiology (EP) business unit based in Irvine, CA.

The Manager, Pricing Contracts will be a strategic part of the Electrophysiology (EP) Commercial Contract Management organization, reporting to the Senior Manager, Contracts responsible for driving the flawless implementation of offer development strategies and tools in support of Marketing programs and the contracting continuum.

 Primary responsibilities include creating and driving Customer Centric processes and solutions for Offer Development.  This includes acting as business owner for offer development tools and serves as primary liaison with business partners such as Marketing, Legal, Sales, and Commercial Operations to ensure alignment with commercial strategies.

This role will also serve as the primary contact for the Field Service Organization with respect to requests for customization and exceptions to approved programs.

This individual will lead development of necessary documentation for CPC submissions of customized strategies and exceptions including coordinating appropriate stakeholders required to review and approve.

They will also coordinate with HCC and internal business partners, including senior management, in finding opportunities and process improvements and supporting critical company initiatives to improve turnaround time, identify potential gaps, and ensure the development process and tools are strategically aligned to business needs and an improved Customer experience.
