Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary and technically accomplished leader to join our regional Technology Services leadership team as a Full Stack AI Engineering & Architecture Sr Manager.

This strategic role will lead the architecture, design, and delivery of scalable, secure, and compliant AI and intelligent automation solutions across Latin America, enabling transformative capabilities for our pharmaceutical, MedTech, and enterprise functions.

As a key partner to regional and global technology leaders, you will drive innovation through emerging technologies such as generative AI and Agentic.AI, while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and regulatory requirements.

This role demands a unique blend of hands-on full-stack engineering and solution architecture expertise, AI innovations, and strategic foresight to accelerate digital transformation in a complex environment.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy


* Define and execute the strategic roadmap for AI-driven solutions, and intelligent automation engineering across LATAM.


* Collaborate with business technology leaders to shape future demand and prioritize investments aligned with regional and global objectives.


* Champion a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous improvement across multidisciplinary engineering teams.


* Represent the organization in internal and external forums to showcase thought leadership and stay ahead of emerging trends.

Architecture & Engineering Delivery


* Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade AI/IA solutions that are scalable, secure, and compliant.


* Design reusable frameworks, reference architectures, and components to accelerate solution delivery.


* Oversee the integration of emerging technologies across data platforms, full-stack development, and automation domains.


* Ensure solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements, including performance, reliability, and audit readiness.

Technical Mentorship & Capability Building
