We are searching for the best talent for Package Development Spring 2026 Co-Op to be in Cincinnati, OH.
* The Co-op term is from January to June, 2026.
* Full time requirement (40 hours per week).
You will be responsible for:
* Partner with full-time engineers to conceptualize, design, and develop innovative packaging solutions for various products.
* Enhances and validates sterile and non-sterile package designs, components, and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
* Actively learn and optimize package process parameters in a hands-on environment to improve efficiency and effectiveness of packaging designs and operations
* Evaluate and assess new package concepts and technologies utilizing our advanced prototyping capabilities.
* Develop comprehensive package testing strategies and conduct rigorous testing in our exceptional Package Development Lab to ensure quality, durability and safety.
* Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including suppliers, manufacturing sites (external and internal), as well as groups involved with labeling and sterilization, to ensure cohesive project execution.
* Build and enhance technical competencies related to packaging materials and processes used in manufacturing processes contributing to a deeper understanding of operational requirements.
* Maintain accurate documentation of packaging design and testing process, reporting findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
* Uphold Johnson and Johnson’s commitment to the highest standards of integrity, ethics and compliance in all professional activities and advancement.

* Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at accredited University is required.
