Position Overview:

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Lead Financial Analyst supporting the Innovative Medicine Supply Chain team in Titusville, NJ.

The Worldwide Inventory Lead Analyst is responsible for the reporting of ~$6B of Net Inventory for forecast and actuals.

Responsibilities:


* Manage the forecast and actuals reporting processes for ~$6B of Innovative Medicine Inventory.

Ensure timely and accurate calculation during quarter close and partner closely with the SC planning organization for forecast cycles


* Provide Finance & Planning senior leadership with management reporting results for IMSC Net Inventory with frequent opportunities to present


* Support and shape inventory strategy in response to portfolio changes, evolving business dynamics, and Cash Flow initiatives


* Partner cross-functionally and globally (SC Planning teams, SC Finance, IMPO, Group Finance, CFGO) to influence inventory decisions, deliver financial commitments, and frame results


* Lead the LRFP for inventory forecasting to demonstrate investment requirements over LRFP horizon


* Implement process improvements across inventory reporting initiatives in partnership with finance and planning teams

Qualifications:


* A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required; Accounting or Finance degree preferred.


* A minimum of four (4) years of finance, accounting, or related business experience is required.


* This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and proven leadership skills.
