The Senior Manager, Business Architecture is responsible for define how the organizations people, processes, information and technology work together to deliver cell therapy products with the best cost, quality and turnaround time to meet patient needs.

They will collaborate with representatives across clinical, technical, supply chain, and quality functions to identify needs and align on a future state business model which they will deliver.

Key Responsibilities:


* Lead business architecture strategy development and implementation for CAR-T therapies


* Establish cross-functional governance frameworks to align on performance objectives, resolve systemic challenges, and prioritize strategic investments


* Influence leadership across Commercial, Technical Operations, Quality, and IT, integrating business priorities into scalable process and system designs


* Lead all aspects of end-to-end traceability between enterprise systems, SOPs, work instructions, and business processes, ensuring clarity, compliance, and consistency.
