We are searching for the best talent for a Senior Manager, US Established Products Supply Chain and Demand! This position will be located (onsite/hybrid) in Titusville, NJ.

Alternate onsite/hybrid locations may be considered at other Innovative Medicine Supply Chain sites in the North America such as Horsham, PA.

Key Responsibilities:


* Lead the Integrated Business Plan Process for Established Products TA.

This includes support of the Portfolio Management Review and leadership of Demand Reviews.


* Monitor and communicate progress of regional strategy and tactics, and risk mitigation, to ensure business success (IMSC leadership/Organization and Commercial leadership/organization.)


* Along with key stakeholders (QA, VCM, Plan, Deliver, others) actively participate and be a voice of leadership in IMT meetings related to the portfolio.


* Develop an understanding of the NA region including customer needs, macro-economic, policy, distribution channels, competitive landscape, and overall therapeutic area(s.)


* Partner with IMSC Strategy & Deployment and Value Chain Teams to support Product/Portfolio Strategy development and execution, including launches, delists, and divestments.


* Ensure MAPE & BIAS are continuously improving.

Lead demand events in a volatile business environment.


* Conducts advanced analyses of trends and the competitive landscape to continually improve the organization's Demand Planning strategy.


* Ensure the accuracy of the data are timely reflected in the main Demand intake systems (Anaplan & OMP)
