Global Security - Investigator/Executive Services (On Call)

On Call (Investigator/Executive Services) Arden Hills, MN and other locations as designated by the Director of Global Security

The position will average approximately 60-80 hours a month.

This on-call position does not offer benefits.

This position is designed to augment the Global Security team on an on-call basis in Arden Hills, MN and other locations as directed by the Director of Global Security.

Duties may include high-level complex investigations, threat assessment and threat investigations, and Executive Services.

Executive Services may include personal security services for our CEO and other high-level ELT members, board members; as well as providing security advances and staffing of major LOL sponsored events.

They will serve as the Global Security executive protection and investigative delegates for the Director of Security for Land O Lakes, Inc.

Required Education:


* Bachelor's degree or Higher required

Skills and experience:


* 10 or more years of Federal law enforcement background is highly preferred.


* Advanced skills in executive or dignitary protection.

Preference is given to former U.S.

Secret Service or U.S.

State Department Dignitary Security Services.


* Advanced skills in Threat Assessment and threat mitigation and analysis.


* Advanced skills in protective advance planning for special and major events visited by dignitaries, world leaders and elected officials.


* Experience in criminal investigations at the federal level, preferably in financial crime, fraud, embezzlement and IP theft and compromise.

Preference is given to advanced skills in financial crimes computer and cybercrime investigations and computer related crimes or management over such financial crime and/or cybercrime squads or task forces.


* Vast experience in Domestic and International travel


* Strong report writing and public speaking and presentation skills.

A background in law enforcement or security training is highly preferred.


* Special Tactical Training experience, preferred.
