Organizational Expectations:

As a data analytics developer or data analytics developer senior you will be responsible for the analysis, design, development, maintenance, and support of analytic tools such as dashboards and data visualizations for customers across a variety of technology platforms and/or business lines in the Federal Reserve System.

You will join the Data Analytics team within the bank’s Information Technology function and work within a scrum team to deliver analytics solutions using Agile and product-oriented practices.

While the team is strongly supported by a product management function, as a developer you will have many opportunities to interact with a diverse set of stakeholders across the Bank and to bring a consultative mindset to those discussions.

General Responsibilities:


* Develop and maintain data pipelines, data storage solutions, and data visualization tools.


* Design and implement analytics and visualization tools to transform complex data into actionable insights.


* Analyze customer business needs and recommend and implement data solutions to enhance process automation, user experience, and the launch of new products and services.


* Provide ongoing technical support to customers, including dashboard and technical support during all phases of the application lifecycle.


* Support the creation and implementation of data management practices that enable effective data governance for our stakeholders.


* Incorporate security and other relevant bank and system controls into solutions.

Comply with information security, data protection, and audit requirements.


* Adhere to bank and system software development methodologies and standards.

Recommend changes to processes where applicable.
