As the Procurement Analyst, you will support GXO's sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and Procure-to-Pay operations.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure effective procurement processes, supplier compliance, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do on a typical day:


* Leverage spend reporting to drive stakeholders to preferred suppliers through outreach and process support


* Oversee the administration of GXO's cell phone program using the Tangoe system


* Lead training material development activities for GXO's Procure-to-Pay system (Oracle Fusion)


* Support sourcing strategies and initiatives, including partnering with Category Managers to perform bid analyses


* Help manage supplier relationships and contracts, ensuring accurate contract information and supplier performance

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you'll need:


* Bachelor's degree in supply chain, finance, business management, or a related field, or equivalent related work or military experience


* Solid experience with and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)


* Strong organizational, multitasking, and analytical skills


* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

It'd be great if you also have:


* Availability to travel 5-10% of the time


* Experience working within Procure-to-Pay or Procurement


* Visual Basic or other coding capabilities


* Experience working independently under tight deadlines in a rapidly changing environment
