Senior Financial Data Analyst

INVISTA is seeking a Senior Financial Data Analyst to join our One Finance Team in Wichita, KS.

In this role, you will work closely with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to design, sustain and enhance financial data products.

Leveraging tools like Power BI and Snowflake, you will deliver insights that drive decision-making, foster innovation, and create sustainable value.

What You Will Do


* Develop Financial Data Products



* Build and enhance dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions using Power BI, DAX, and curated datasets in Snowflake.

Collaborate Across Teams


* Convert business requirements into robust and sustainable technical solutions, by partnering with IT, finance and accounting teams to optimize data pipelines, data models, and visualization frameworks.

Drive Improvement and Sustainability


* Identify opportunities to enhance financial analytics processes and tools for scalability, efficiency, and sustainability.

Support Finance Transformation


* Contribute to global projects redefining financial analytics and aligning measures with our strategic vision.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* Expertise in Power BI, including DAX and data modeling.


* Strong SQL skills and experience with cloud data platforms like Snowflake.


* Proven collaboration with technical teams (e.g., data engineers) and business stakeholders (e.g., financial analysts, accountants).

What Will Put You Ahead


* Background in financial analysis and familiarity with financial concepts.


* Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).


* Exposure to advanced analytics (data science, data engineering).


* Prior experience with finance transformation projects, including redefining metrics and aligning performance measures.


* Change-management experience.
